The reduction in size of electronic devices, up to the size of a molecule, led to an understanding increasingly sophisticated mesoscopic physics. This steady progress is based on improved manufacturing techniques and ever more thorough sampling only on sophisticated physical signal measurements finer. Learning techniques for making samples in a clean room and the means used to measure these systems at low temperatures is essential for young researchers to carry out an experiment in physics mesoscopic.
The ambition of technoparade is to provide two days devoted to the techniques of manufacturing samples in white and their measurement room.
Two half days will be devoted to presentations while visiting the cleanroom LPN conclude the workshop. To facilitate discussions, a space to display posters is planned.
